OER vì Giáo dục Chất lượng Hội nhập và Bình đẳng: Từ cam kết tới hành động
Hội nghị Thế giới lần thứ 2 về tài nguyên giáo dục mở (OER) có lịch trình diễn ra ở Ljubljana, Slovenia, từ 18-20/09/2017, do UNESCO và Chính phủ Slovenia đồng tổ chức. Sự kiện này sẽ đánh dấu 5 năm kể từ Hội nghị Thế giới về OER (World OER Congress) đã được tổ chức ở Paris vào tháng 6/2012.
Hội nghị sẽ bám theo chủ đề “OER vì Giáo dục Chất lượng Hội nhập và Bình đẳng: Từ cam kết tới hành động”, phản ánh trọng tâm mạnh mẽ vào vai trò của OER để đạt được Mục tiêu Phát triển Bền vững số 4 (Sustainable Development Goal 4).
Được UNESCO và Bộ Giáo dục, Khoa học và Thể thao Slovenia tổ chúng cùng sự cộng tác chặt chẽ với Khối Thịnh vượng chung về Học tập (Commonwealth of Learning), Creative Commons, Ủy ban Quốc gia Slovenia về UNESCO và Chủ tọa của UNESCO về các Công nghệ cho OER và Học tập Mở (Jožef Stefan Institute, Slovenia) cùng sự hỗ trợ hào phóng của Quỹ William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.

OER for Inclusive and Equitable Quality Education: From Commitment to Action
The 2nd World Open Educational Resources (OER) Congress is scheduled to be held in Ljubljana, Slovenia, on 18–20 September 2017, co-organized by UNESCO and the Government of Slovenia. This event will mark five years since the World OER Congress was held in Paris in June 2012.
The Congress will follow the theme »OER for Inclusive and Equitable Quality Education: From Commitment to Action«, reflecting a strong focus on the role of OER in achieving Sustainable Development Goal 4.
Organized by UNESCO and the Slovenian Ministry of Education, Science and Sport in close collaboration with the Commonwealth of Learning, Creative Commons, the Slovenian National Commission for UNESCO and the UNESCO Chair on Open Technologies for OER and Open Learning (Jožef Stefan Institute, Slovenia) with the generous support of The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.
