Bulgary vừa xuất bản các tập hợp dữ liệu đầu tiên lên cổng dữ liệu mở. Hiện hành, khoảng 36 tập hợp dữ liệu từ 26 cơ quan nhà nước đã được làm cho sẵn sàng trên trực tuyến. Các tổ chức có liên quan đã được triệu gọi để làm như vậy từ Hội đồng Bộ trưởng. Hội đồng thậm chí có một đội chuyên tâm để vượt qua sự kháng cự ở các cơ quan và giúp họ trích lục và làm sạch các dữ liệu từ các cơ sở dữ liệu. Tham vọng là để xuất bản 100 tập hợp dữ liệu khác nữa trước cuối năm nay.

Vài cơ quan nhà nước đã đóng góp cho cổng gồm:

• Geodesy, Cartography và Cadastre (AGCC), một phần của Bộ Phát triển Vùng và các Công việc Nhà nước,

CKAN

Cổng dữ liệu mở Bulgary đã được công bố vào tháng 09/2014. Nó ban đầu đuwọc Quỹ Obshtestvo.bg khởi xướng. Cổng này được xây dựng trên nền tảng dữ liệu mở nổi tiếng Mạng Lưu trữ Tri thức Toàn diện - CKAN (Comprehensive Knowledge Archive Network), có sẵn như là phần mềm nguồn mở theo giấy phép Affero GPL. Chủ đề trực quan này được Bulgary thực hiện là sẵn sàng để sử dụng lại.

Bulgaria has just published the first datasets on its open data portal. Currently, about 36 datasets from 26 public agencies have been made available online. The organisations involved were summoned to do so by the Council of Ministers. The Council even has a dedicated team to overcome resistance at the agencies and help them to extract and cleanse the data from the databases. The ambition is to publish another 100 datasets before the end of this year.

Some of the public agencies that contributed to the portal are:

• Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (AGCC), part of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works,

• the Bulgarian National Metrology Institute,

• the Bulgarian Post,

• the State Agency for Bulgarians Abroad,

• the Executive Environment Agency (EEA), part of the Ministry of Environment and Water,

• the Ministry of Economy,

• the Council of Ministers,

• the Bulgarian National Statistical Institute, and

• the National Revenue Agency, part of the Ministry of Finance.

CKAN

The Bulgarian open data portal was announced in September 2014. It was originally launched by the Obshtestvo.bg Foundation. The portal is built on the popular open data platform CKAN, available as open source software under the Affero GPL license. The visual theme made by the Bulgarians is available for re-use.
